Fourth generation realtor, Cammie Longenécker has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for the West Florida division of Taylor Morrison. For the past several years, she had served as the sales manager of Taylor Morrison’s Tampa Bay and Sarasota regions, where she earned praise for her ability to produce significant results during a difficult economy. Longenécker is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and serves on the board of directors of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. Her prior work experience includes operations and sales management for Mercedes Homes in Sarasota, Tampa and Jacksonville. She was instrumental in the launch of a Green initiative for this builder. Prior to embarking on a real estate sales career, she managed real estate investment portfolios as an independent consultant. Longenécker attended Boise State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, cum laude, from University of Phoenix.
Longenécker grew up in a family of realtors and developers so one might say the apple stayed close to the tree. She is involved in many West Florida charities such as the Salvation Army, Toys for Tots and United Way. As a leader on loan she has raised nearly one million dollars for charity.
In those rare moments where she has free time, she spends it with her family and new puppy.
