All money raised from the event will support the BHF in its fight against heart and circulatory disease.
Sadly, heart disease is still the UK’s biggest killer. It touches us all. Lives are cut short and for those living with the disease, life can be frightening and hard.
As the nation’s heart charity, the BHF saves lives every day by investing in pioneering research, supporting and caring for heart patients, and providing vital information to help people reduce their own risk of dying prematurely from a heart-related disease. The BHF’s vital campaigning work helps to improve the lives of those living with heart disease now, and fights for a healthy heart future for everyone across the UK.
Charles Pickles at Lucion Environmental said: “As many people as possible are welcome to support our teams on the bike ride which will be a fantastic day for everyone involved. By engaging in events like this, you are helping to ensure that BHF’s life-saving and life-changing work continues”.
To help the fight against heart disease, please do your best to sponsor this event. For more information, call Lucy Armstrong at Lucion Environmental on 0191 461 8999 or email lucyarmstrong@
BHF’s lifesaving work can only continue thanks to vital donations of time and money. The charity urgently needs the support of more people and there are lots of ways to get involved.
