Before coming to Ashworth, Thomas was a director with Direct Marketing Solutions, an outsource call center. During his time at DMS he was instrumental in numerous growth ventures, as he helped grow the center from 20 seats to almost 200. Prior to DMS, he worked as a bilingual trainer for TSYS.
"Today’s for-profit education industry is more competitive than ever, so it is essential that we have people who can help take our school to the next level. That’s why we’re excited to have Victor join the Ashworth team,” said Gary Keisling, Ashworth Chairman and CEO. “His experience in customer service and call center operations will help ensure that our students have a positive experience and receive an education they can be proud of.”
Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Connecticut. In his spare time, he enjoys watching comedies, sports and “anything outdoors.”
“I’m extremely excited about coming to Ashworth College -- the opportunity to be a part of something as vital as education was too good to pass up,” Thomas said. “One of my goals for the Education Services Department is to make the student experience a memorable and satisfying one. I want every student to be “wowed” by our fanatical service to them. I also want to foster an environment where we are all always learning.”
