HR Solutions, Inc. Announces the Release of ActionPro® 1.9b

June 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL – June 14, 2011 – HR Solutions, Inc. announces recent enhancements to its innovative online reporting and action-planning system, ActionPro®.  Since ActionPro® was launched in 2007, the system has been regularly upgraded with enhancements recommended by internal staff and client users.  The release of ActionPro® 1.9b focuses on enhancing the stability, speed and structure of the system.

One major enhancement includes new optimizations to the framework of the system, new button controls and updated browser compatibility, enhancing the overall user experience and system speed.  As a result, managers are able to design and monitor their action plans even faster than before.

“Since action planning is a significant part of the Employee Survey process, we wanted to ensure this release streamlined the user experience, strengthened the system’s infrastructure and exceeded users’ expectations,” said Mike Novak, Director of Information Technology at HR Solutions.

Another enhancement in this release gives users the option to select multiple items (i.e., opportunities for improvement or strengths) and place them under one comprehensive action plan.    Users can then choose best practice recommendations for each item and submit one plan for approval rather than several independent plans.  This new capability simplifies the approval process, allowing supervisors to approve multiple action items at once.
