Walkers can stroll through the owner's adjacent organic farm with woodland and country lanes. Truro is a 15 minute drive and offers a range of restaurants, pubs, cinema, local market and good shopping.

Triscombe Farm Fern, near Minehead, Somerset – tennis court + indoor pool (sleeps 4)
One of ten properties set in 190 acres of farmland and nestling in a sheltered wooded valley overlooking the River Quarme, Triscombe offers peace and seclusion. The farmhouse and cottages are approached by a private 1/3 mile driveway and stand in 5 acres of garden. The pretty cottages, a combination of 19th century cottages and skilful conversions from original farm buildings, are all slate roofed and stone built. Glebe Cottage, once a coach house to the Victorian vicarage, offers a comfortable holiday home and is located close to many attractions. Situated deep within the vale of Taunton, you are 2 miles from the small market town of Wellington and 7 miles from the county town of Taunton. Walkers have easy access to the Blackdown Hills, Quantocks and Exmoor, and the varied coastlines of both North Somerset and South Devon are 45 minutes drive away. The Sustrans cycle route passes the end of the driveway and a locked garage is available to cyclists on request.
