Hotel Viking's Rooftop Lounge offers a Summer of Spirits, Stogies, Smooth Grooves + More

Open Tuesday through Sunday throughout the summer, Top of Newport features a full bar, a complete menu with culinary delights off the grill and live entertainment on the weekends. On Wednesdays, Top of Newport hosts ‘Spirits & Stogies’, a special event pairing spirits and cigars.  On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings Top of Newport features live music with a focus on local bands. Top of Newport hours are 4pm-10pm Tuesday through Thursday and 2pm-10pm Friday through Sunday. Live music is from 5pm- 9pm on Friday and Saturday and from 2pm-6pm on Sundays. ‘Spirits & Stogies’ night, held every Wednesday from 6pm-8pm, invites guests to sample selected spirits along with a cigar pairing chosen by Cigar Queen Jessica Levine of Cigar Masters. Small bites prepared by Chef Kevin Thiele compliment each cigar and spirit. ‘Spirits & Stogies’ is limited to 30 guests and tickets are $35.
