Shermco Industries’ Kevin Ewing appointed 2011 IEEE Power&Energy Society Austin Chapter Treasurer

June 10, 2011 - PRLog -- AUSTIN – Shermco Industries’ Kevin Ewing, general manager of the Austin office, has been appointed 2011 IEEE Power & Energy Society Treasurer for the Austin chapter.  
Ewing has been an active member for three years and served as chapter secretary in 2010. Kevin’s new role as treasurer will include responsibilities such as manage the society’s financial records and accounts, propose the budget to the governing body each semester and coordinate funding for events.
“This is a great trade organization to be a part of, and I am happy to serve in whatever capacity I can,” said Kevin Ewing, general manager of the Shermco Austin office.
