Attorney Lisa Wells Joins Glenn Loewenthal, P.C. Tort Practice Adds Criminal Defense & Family Law A

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 10, 2011 - ATLANTA — The law firm of Glenn Loewenthal, P.C. announces that attorney Lisa Wells has joined the firm. Ms. Wells’ previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Wells will practice in the areas of criminal defense and family law, expanding the practice areas of the firm, which has been known for its tort practice in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability and insurance bad faith.

Ms. Wells was assigned to the Crimes Against Women Unit and to Juvenile Court at the Clayton District Attorney’s office, and expects to be able to bring her expertise in those areas to her private practice. She also spent time working with both the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office and the DeKalb County Solicitor’s Office while in law school. “I’m excited to be adding an attorney of Lisa’s caliber to the firm. I have seen her in action, and her results and dedication to her clients is remarkable. Ms. Wells received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and her law degree from Georgia State University’s College of Law. In law school, she was an ABA Criminal Justice Mock Trial finalist and the CALI Award winner for Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation.
