Taylor Morrison Lines up Top Honors at 2011 Parade of Homes

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 9, 2011 - Taylor Morrison swept the field in the multi-family category in not one but two Parade of Homes competitions in southwest Florida. The top-ranked national builder won top awards for its popular Ibis model in both the 2011 Parade of Homes competition sponsored by the Homebuilders Association of Sarasota/Manatee Counties as well as the Naples/Fort Myers contest. They were also the Grand Award Winner at the Tampa Bay Parade of Homes for the Camila model at Paseo Del Lago in Ladera.

The Sarasota/Manatee Parade of Homes judged the Ibis model at Verona Reserve in Venice and awarded it the “Best Overall” award in the multi-family category with less than four units. The model also took every other award in that category, including Best Architectural Detail, Best Curb Appeal, Best Floor Plan, Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite.
   
Further to the south, Taylor Morrison took top honors in the Lee Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes, winning two of the 13 Superior Home Awards.  The Ibis model in the Fort Myers community of Tortuga won awards for best landscaping, best kitchen and bath, best livability and best interior design. The Sandpiper model at the nearby Estero Preserve was awarded kudos for best exterior, best kitchen and bath, best interior design and best outdoor living.
