DevOcean was formed by local Temecula high school friends that now have refined their sound and developed their talent and are busy traveling throughout northern and southern California playing live concerts. They say their sound is influenced by Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, Sublime and Slightly Stoopid.
Kounterfeit Change is Los Angeles based but geared and committed to taking Reggae in California to a higher level. They incorporate elements of both rock and reggae, as well as an arsenal of other musical styles. DevoOcean is excited to share the stage with them.
