Earthcore SIPs Announces the Completion of Preliminary IP Protection Strategy

June 21, 2011 - PRLog -- On June 6th Earthcore received confirmation that its first filing for patent protection for polyurethane structural insulated panel products and production innovations had been received by the USPTO. The recent filing covered inventions that reduced manufacturing costs and panel production time.

   The newest member of the Earthcore executive team, Dr. Wayne Willkom, PhD., spearheaded the drive to evaluate Earthcore SIPs inventions and innovations for their potential patent protection and economic benefit and after conferring with the rest of the executive team set a strategy for filing patent protection for the six most promising inventions. with remaining innovations protected as trade secret.
