Worcester Fitness has fielded a marathon training team since the Worcester Half Marathon's inception in 2010. The team, led by Personal Trainers Bob Bourassa and Kat Pittinger consists of Worcester Fitness club members, some novice runners, others veteran distance competitors.
Team Coach Bob Bourassa, himself a veteran of over thirty-five marathons also participated in the race.
The Worcester Half Marathon was held on Sunday June 5 in Worcester Massachusetts. Over 900 runners finished the thirteen mile race.
