The OEM agreement includes sophisticated technology integration between NitroSecurity’s NitroView solution and Emerson’s Ovation™ Security Center, as well as worldwide marketing, sales and support to strengthen the security and compliance solutions available to the global electric power industry.

Through this agreement with NitroSecurity, Emerson has further enhanced the security capabilities of its Ovation system while also helping customers reduce the costs associated with evolving North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards compliance.

After a rigorous evaluation of SIEM offerings, Emerson Process Management selected NitroSecurity’s NitroView family for integration into Ovation Security Center, enabling centralized threat detection and management, and extensive compliance reporting. Throughout the evaluation process, NitroView proved itself as the only SIEM solution capable of supporting Emerson’s demanding real-time incidence response requirements for process control networks.
