The 3-Legged Pub Crawl - Festa's Inaugural Summer Event - is on Saturday, June 25!

June 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Who's ready for a 3-Legged race? Festa Parties, Chicago's premier party planners, has taken everyone's favorite Field Day game and kicked it up a notch. The much-talked-about and highly anticipated 3-Legged Pub Crawl is finally here! The inaugural event will take place on Saturday, June 5, 2011 and will tour the bars of Southport Avenue. Make new friends, keep the old, and mix and mingle with Chicago's happiest crew of partiers!

For several years now, rumors have circulated about whether or not owner Christopher Festa would bring the 3-Legged Pub Crawl concept to Chicago. Questions like how would the event work, is it really a race, what if you hate the person you're tied to, etc. emerged and put the crawl on hiatus. But now, Festa Parties is thrilled to announce that it has worked out all of the details and is excited to put the plan into action. Starting at Bar Number One, buckets filled with playing cards cut in half will be provided by Festa Staff. At a designated time, participants will select a card from their respective bucket and have ten minutes to find another participant with the missing half to their card. They will then be provided with a Tying Mechanism and must tie their legs together in order to proceed to the next bar. There will be two new buckets at the next stop and participants will re-draw, tie up and do it all over again! This is the perfect event for singles looking for that Summer Fling or for couples who just want to go out and have a great time. Participants also have the option to stay tied to the same person throughout the whole day!

This event will start at Messner's Wrigleygrille on Southport at 1:30pm. And, in true Festa Parties fashion, the crawl will be filled with prizes, stickers and all the other fun expected from a Festa event!
