Master blender, Noel Sweeney, describes Finnlaigh as having sweet caramel, vanilla and toasty wood aromas with a flavour that begins soft and silky-smooth, developing into sweet, golden raisin, caramel and peppery spice notes. It has a creamy vanilla and toasty wood finish.
