When Cooley was established in 1987, it was the first new distillery in Ireland for over 100 years. Master blender, Noel Sweeney, describes Finnlaigh as having sweet caramel, vanilla and toasty wood aromas with a flavour that begins soft and silky-smooth, developing into sweet, golden raisin, caramel and peppery spice notes. It has a creamy vanilla and toasty wood finish.
