In this capacity, he will oversee the sales efforts for DPOE’s three offices (Chicago, Loves Park and Elk Grove Village) and will manage four teams consisting of 21 sales representatives.
Employed by DPOE for the last six years, Dominick most recently served as Sales Manager of the company’s DuPage territory, where his responsibilities included managing five sales people. The new position has been created to accommodate the company’s growth, said DPOE President Chip Miceli.
Dominick brings 30 years’ sales experience to his new role, 20 of which were spent in the document solution industry in the Chicago area, the last 12 in a sales management role. Additional sales experience includes work with UARCO Business Solutions, which is now part of Standard Register.
Dominick is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree, and has furthered his career with a number of industry certifications in management.
He is active in his hometown community of Bartlett. Currently, he serves as Treasurer of the Boys’ Travel Feeder Basketball Program for South Elgin High School. In addition, he helps coach a South Elgin 6th grade feeder basketball team, and is an assistant coach of the Bartlett Silver Hawks Baseball 11U Team. He is an active participant at the Hosanna Lutheran Church in St. Charles. He and his wife, Tammy, have resided in Bartlett since 1998, with their two children, Amanda, age 14, and Ryan, age 11. Dominick is an avid fan of golf, baseball and basketball.

Mike is an extremely capable professional who understand our direction and mission.”
