On Thursday, June 9th, the company will host an open house for local officials, media representatives, real estate agents and members of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m., followed by remarks from Steve Kempton, division president of Taylor Morrison West Florida division, and Chris Steinocher, President & CEO of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
Giveaways are planned and free appetizers will be served throughout the day with wine and cheese beginning at 4 p.m.
On Saturday, June 11th, the public will be invited to take a closer look at Sun Ketch at Northeast. This will be a day for all to enjoy, with lots of giveaways and free appetizers as well as incentives for homebuyers. The fun begins at 10 a.m. and runs through 6 p.m. For attendees who purchase a townhome over the weekend, Taylor Morrison will provide $6,000 for closing costs or towards the purchase of the home. In addition, Taylor Morrison will include a front-load washer and dryer set for those who purchase a home between June 9 and June 30.
Realtors are encouraged to bring clients to this event as part of Taylor Morrison’s new “Pay It Forward” incentive program that offers cash bonuses and commissions on new home sales, as well as $25 gas cards for registering new clients, at any one community.
