Reality star Mark Wright to be a special host at the INAA.com Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards 2011
-Party planners get the ‘Wright’ stuff for glamorous event-


The INAA.com Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards 2011, to be held in Glasgow on 12th June, is set to be a glitzy affair and adding a touch of Essex charm to the event will be special guest Mark Wright, from ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ fame. ‘The Only Way is Essex’, commissioned by ITV2, has just completed its second series and another is promised to its loyal followers who are interested in the drama and scandal of the Essex crowd he calls ‘friends’.

The announcement that Mark Wright will be in attendance at the Awards ceremony is sure to excite the very fashionable crowd who will also be present, confirming it will be the hottest ticket in town. Mark Wright says “I’ve been to Scotland a few times and always had a good time! Scotland likes to party and so do I, so it’s the perfect match. I’m excited about hitting the INAA.com Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards in Glasgow, the club scene is cool and the girls are pretty fit. I’m looking forward to what Glasgow’s going to offer up this time.” The event has already amassed a large amount of interest and if this announcement is anything to go by, excitement for June the 12th will simply continue to build.

Mark Wright, a successful club promoter in his hometown of Brentwood, Essex, is known for throwing lavish parties from Essex to Marbella.  He has also enjoyed a career as a semi professional footballer playing for the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Rushden & Diamonds and Crawley Town, before finding fame on the hit TV show. Another talent of Mr Wright is that he is a hit with the ladies; however the cameras are focused on following his rather tempestuous relationship with long term love and now fiancée, Lauren Goodger, his co-star on the show.

Known as a bit of a heartbreaker, his relationship CV boasts many pretty ladies from his fiancée, many of his TV show co-stars and also Playboy model Kayla Collins who featured in ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here’ in 2010. There is much speculation if current squeeze Lauren will also be in attendance at the Awards ceremony. If so, this will surely disappoint a few Glasgow ladies who may be more than happy to show Mark Wright a night out in Glasgow town.  However, Lauren is also enjoying her own legion of fans, having endeared herself to many devotees of the show, as the glamorous, long suffering girlfriend of self styled player Mark.  If she does attend, it will surely up the glamour stakes at the Awards ceremony. Perhaps Mr Wright can counter any disappointment from the ladies in attendance by donning the Scottish kilt which will surely go down a treat with the patriotic crowd at the event.

The glamorous event will play host to many other important faces, including the newly crowned Miss Scotland, Jennifer Reoch as she begins her reign, marking this as one of her first public appearances since winning the Title. With the Awards promising to be a night of glitz and glamour, it is apt that Miss Scotland should also be there adding a touch of extra sparkle to the occasion.
