This strategic partnership illustrates the significance of the ISDIP as the first comprehensive global professional association that spans across industries and across public and private sectors. The ISDIP will serve as the exclusive co-sponsor of the Diversity and Inclusion Research Institute and as a new partner in developing regional programming sites. The initial locations for the regional sites will be announced at a later date at www.isdip.org and www.ilr.cornell.edu/ The Diversity and Inclusion Research Institute will focus on industry-driven research topics that will allow practitioners, scholars, and managers greater access to research findings related to workforce diversity, supplier diversity, community engagement, and organizational development. “This historic strategic partnership is phenomenal.
