Asbestos Removal Company Charged with Insurance Fraud

June 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Last month, the WaukeshaPatch reported that the owner of a Waukesha, Wisconsin asbestos removal company was charged with forged insurance papers.  The man is accused of using the forged paperwork to show potential clients that his company had insurance coverage to handle asbestos removal services.

The company’s owner has been charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with several counts of identity theft and doctoring insurance liability certificates.  If the accused man is found guilty he faces over 18 years in prison and tens of thousands of dollars in potential fines.
