Go Magazine Media Sponsor of Black Iris Festival

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 5, 2011 - Go Magazine, the definitive monthly guide to what’s going on in Jordan, was a media sponsor at this year’s Black Iris Festival, which took place 20 May 2011. Organized annually by the American Women of Amman (AWA), the Black Iris Festival is a great day out for all. With stalls supporting local artisans, entertainment such as dance troops, and great play areas for the kids, this is an ultimate family event. Plus, proceeds of the Black Iris Festival are donated to local charities by the AWA, thus supporting the local community.

“Go Magazine was delighted to support the Black Iris Festival 2011 as well as the enterprising women of the AWA. We like to represent the important events and initiatives of the country, so as a festival that also gives back to society, it was important for Go to participate,” says Karen Simon, Editor of Go Magazine.

Apart from providing media sponsorship for this event, Go Magazine was also onsite at the festival distributing and selling copies of Go to all attendees.
