Klick2Contact secured venture funding for sales expansion

The investment proceeds will be used to support the company’s growth initiatives, continue to enhance its product offering, and strengthen sales activities in UK, Western Europe and CEE.

Klick2Contact offers an innovative hosted - suite of applications designed specifically for e-commerce retailers to help them interact with customers in real-time, decrease website abandonment, and increase sales conversions. Klick2Contact’s platform is a full-featured system that brings above industry standards to both Western and the rapidly growing and under-served CEE e-commerce markets. Numbers from customers using the service demonstrate that the Klick2Contact has an immediate effect of helping customer´s complete orders that they would otherwise not have completed.
