Free online procrastination workshop series adapted from Dr. Knaus' highly successful face-to-face workshops.

June 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Psychotherapist Dr. Bill Knaus, renowned authority in the field of overcoming procrastination, will join SMART Recovery to present an online procrastination workshop series adapted from his highly successful face-to-face workshops.  The Workshop will follow a concept/application presentation, beginning with a main event, followed by three Q&A Sessions, and a final “Booster” session to provide an overview and ways forward to end procrastination.

Dr. Bill Knaus, Ed. D., is famous for his work in helping people overcome procrastination. He originated the self-help movement in procrastination and has worked with thousands of people in his individual private practice and in his transformational workshops for people with procrastination. Over 1 million have benefited from reading his bestselling books on procrastination.  An original director of post-graduate training in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Bill directly helped train over 1000 professional counselors and psychotherapists.  He originated rational emotive education, an evidence-based positive mental health program for kids and teens. He is known by many in SMART Recovery as the author of The SMART Recovery Primer, a manual that helped launch the program. This former professor authored more than 20 books. His latest, End Procrastination Now (McGraw-Hill, 2010), is his fifth and most up-to-date book on how to overcome procrastination.
