John Schaefer, Director of Operations, and Jeff Knebl, Water Division Project Manager, are now among a very select few who can boast this degree of expertise.

The certification of "Master Water Restorer" carries with it a great deal of meaning within the restoration industry and the IICRC does not award these on a casual basis. There are only 15 Master Water Restorers in the entire State of Illinois, and just 703 in the whole world. With flooding and other water losses so commonplace, it is essential that experts like John and Jeff bring their extensive experience and finely tuned knowledge base to the scene. Poorly handled water losses, both residential and commercial, can lead to extremely costly replacements and reconstruction, as well as mold damage.
