June 2, 2011 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Thursday, June 2, 2010 — Knowledge Delivery Systems, Inc. (KDS),  is proud to announce and welcome Daniel Watts as the company’s Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer.  

As COO/CFO, Daniel is responsible for leading finance and operations efforts at KDS.  Daniel’s efforts will be focused on managing finances and developing the company’s operations in order to support its high growth trajectory.   “I’m extremely pleased to have Daniel on board and am excited about the impact that he will have for the company, says CEO, Alvin Crawford.”

Daniel joins the KDS leadership team with over 12 years of experience in the education field.  Daniel is currently the Board Chairman of eChalk, a long running educational technology company in the K-12 space.  As a co-founder, he helped build eChalk from inception to near 1M licensed users and 60 employees.  Prior to co-founding eChalk in 1999, Daniel taught pre-algebra at P.S. 258 in Brooklyn, NY, gaining experience with middle school students, the New York City school system and the real-life application of education technology.  As a management consultant with the Bain spin-off, Corporate Decisions, Inc. from 1995 to 1998, Daniel developed growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies, identifying high-growth business opportunities and building business plans for new ventures within major corporations in numerous industries, including technology and education. Daniel earned an A.B. degree in Philosophy,  Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University.
