TA Associates Realty Taps Blanca Commercial Real Estate to Lease 117,000 RSF of Miami Office Space

June 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for two office buildings recently purchased by Boston-based real estate advisory firm TA Associates Realty: a 4-story, 57,565 square-foot building located at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami; and a 4-story, 59,591 square-foot building at 8550 NW 33rd Street in Doral. This new engagement grows the Blanca Commercial Real Estate leasing portfolio to 1.3 million square feet of office space within two years of the firm’s April 2009 launch. Both properties are currently 100 percent occupied.

The firm was also responsible for the sale of these assets on behalf of Pars Real Estate Investments and Aneli Investments. Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca and Executive Vice President Danet Linares will spearhead leasing and marketing for the properties along with Associate Andres del Corral.

5835 Blue Lagoon Drive is a 57,565 square foot building located within Miami’s Waterford Blue Lagoon Corporate Park. The building offers direct exposure to the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) and Miami International Airport. Current tenants include Ascendant Insurance, American Insurance, Iberia Airlines and Sanus Health. Floor plates range from 10,798 to 16,257 square feet.

8550 NW 33rd Street comprises 59,591 square feet of office space in the heart of Doral, Florida. The location is in close proximity to Miami International Airport, the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826), the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) and Florida’s Turnpike. The building’s existing tenant base is anchored by Univision. The property’s parking ratio is 3.5 : 1,000 square feet leased. Floor plates range from 12,322 to 15,762 square feet.
