Until June 30, the company will offer a $1,000 bonus to agents who sell a built-to-order home in Taylor Morrison communities throughout the West Florida region. The bonus will be paid at the time of loan commitment, with an additional 3% commission to be paid at closings that occur before December 31st. Realtors who sell a select Showcase home will receive a 5% commission at closing, while those who register a new client at any one Taylor Morrison sales office will receive a $25 gas card, up to the first 500 clients.
