PRLog - June 2, 2011 - BURGESS HILL, U.K. -- ADA Technology Services, the global IT co-sourcing and managed services provider, has launched a Leeds office following 35 per cent company growth throughout 2010/11 and a significant uplift in the number of Northern England-based contracts.
Carl Grieves, CSO at ADA
The IT managed services specialist is now looking to continue developing its presence across the North of England and build on its existing regional portfolio, which includes IT finance and leasing provider Syscap, commercial property experts MEPC and precision engineering firm, the Doncasters Group.
Headed up by Sales Director Adam Hurst, the Leeds office complements ADA’s existing national infrastructure, which includes London, Birmingham and Burgess Hill. A longstanding IT professional with 10 years experience of business development within the managed services arena, Adam joins the company from Harrogate-based InTechnology.
On developing the company’s presence within the North of England, Adam comments: “My appointment as Sales Director for the Leeds office supports ADA’s strategic objectives. With 10 years experience of growing a managed services proposition in addition to my sector focus, which covers the legal and distribution markets, my skills are aligned with ADA’s areas of expertise. The IT co-sourcing market is rapidly expanding and I am confident that the North of England will play a key role in growing ADA’s existing portfolio.”
ADA has demonstrated unprecedented growth following its management buyout in 2006, having won contracts with prominent brands including SEGA, AVIS Rent a Car, M&M Direct, De Beers, UK Athletics and Fulham Football Club.
Carl Grieves, ADA’s Chief Sales Officer, adds: “Adam brings with him a wealth of experience that will help position ADA as one of the countries most prominent and accessible providers of IT co-sourcing and managed services. ADA is forecasted to deliver substantial year on year growth over the next two years and the Leeds office is expected to play a significant role in achieving this.”
