QFit Speed & Agility Day Camp to Feature Qadry Ismail & Tim Bishop at Goucher College in Baltimore

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 2, 2011 - Baltimore, MD—Super Bowl Champion and former Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver, Qadry Ismail, and Tim Bishop, former Baltimore Orioles trainer, have partnered together to present QFit Speed & Agility Day Camp for grades 7 and up at Goucher College, beginning at 8 AM on Saturday July 16th and concludes with a coaches and parents clinic, at noon, on Sunday July 17th. QFit is please to be partnered with both League of Dreams and FCCAU, their non-profit partners.    

League of Dreams provides opportunities to individuals who would otherwise be incapable of playing in traditional leagues. A focus of League of Dreams is to increase self-awareness, team play and camaraderie, while playing on a team of their peers and to enhance physical and mental abilities.

Those of us at PerformFit are enamored with the outpouring of support for QFit and we can’t wait to get down to the business of training future champions.”

WBAL is pleased to sponsor FCCAU, a faith-based and civic organization operates the Welcome One Emergency Shelter in Belcamp that provides and advocates for a continuum of services designed to reduce the incidence and burdens of homelessness in Harford County, Maryland.

Well, greatness starts by going through the fire to burn away your impurities of doubts, fears, lack of confidence, injury and lack of sustained success,” Ismail said. “I’ve always had a spot in my heart for those who are less fortunate and there isn’t a more deserving group than those over at the Welcome One Emergency Shelter. Attendees of the camp as well as the coach & parent clinic will be privileged to Q & A sessions with Ismail and Bishop. In addition all attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Dr. Malcolm Conway, Author & Sports Injury Specialist, and Nancy Parlette, renowned Nutritionist and Author.
