Kids Get Cooking This Summer at Culinary Classroom

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 2, 2011 - (June 1, 2011, Los Angeles)-Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom will one again offer its popular Summer Cooking and Baking Camps for kids.  The Children’s Culinary Academy’s Level’s 1 through 4 is designed specifically for kids ages 7-16 to learn how to cook for their families and themselves.  Now, instead of making a macaroni necklace at camp, kids can learn to make macaroni and cheese!

Academy sessions run 4 days a week July through August for 2 ½ hours per day.  Students will learn the adventure of cooking by working together to create an array of dishes. Chef Eric’s easygoing personality is ideal to teach them everything from Stuffed French Toast to Pizza to Healthy Snacks to How to Bake Bread.  “The best thing about teaching kids is their honesty, their innocence, and their willingness to learn”, says Chef Eric.  

Tuition for the camp covers everything they need to learn while having fun and making new friends.  Morning and afternoon sessions are available.

Last summer, 150 students participated in the Children’s Culinary Academy. This summer, Chef Eric can’t wait to meet his new “cooking crew”.
