Denver-based Rgl Forensics Names Angie Macphee Chief Operating Officer

June 1, 2011 - PRLog -- DENVER— RGL Forensics announced today the promotion of Angie MacPhee to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.  

With 22 offices worldwide, RGL Forensics is the largest forensic accounting firm based in the United States. As COO, MacPhee is responsible for overseeing the U.S. divisions of Finance, Accounting, Marketing and IT, as well as overseeing the business operations of all 16 U.S. offices. In addition to her new role, MacPhee will continue to serve as a member of RGL’s Board of Directors.

MacPhee is a dynamic executive with a finesse for business and people. She blends strong business acumen with genuine interest in promoting the success of others around her. A well-rounded background in HR, marketing, operations, and business development, as well as her forte in finance and accounting, gives her a strategic edge. She has a knack for building unified high performance teams and directs them with her influential, empathetic and positive style.

Upon joining RGL in 2010 as CFO, she immediately created a wave of constructive change beginning with building a variety of financial measures to implement strategy transformation. After defining performance goals and expectations, she developed financial metrics to give an operational snapshot of the company as a whole as well as individual office visibility. This panoramic picture of performance drove profitability improvements throughout the firm.

MacPhee is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and has extensive experience guiding strategic teams. She is a Colorado native and loves to ski, bike, hike, read, and travel.
