New Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the EUMEPS Board

EUMEPS announces the election of new members of the EUMEPS board. Mr. Allessadro Augello of Poron was elected Chairman on behalf of EUMEPS section Packaging and Mr. Jos Verstegen of Synbra was elected Vice-Chairman on behalf of EUMEPS construction.

May 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Brussels, Belgium -- EUMEPS announces the election of new members of the EUMEPS board. Mr. Allessadro Augello of Poron was elected Chairman on behalf of EUMEPS section Packaging and Mr. Jos Verstegen of Synbra was elected Vice-Chairman on behalf of EUMEPS construction.

We are pleased to announce that the following changes of The Board were resolved at the General Assembly held on May 9th, 2011, in accordance with the statutes of EUMEPS.

1. Mr. Alessandro Augello has been elected Chairman of the Board;
2. Mr. Jos Verstegen has been elected Vice Chairman of the Board.

The appointees will take up their new roles with immediate effect.

Alessandro Augello, President of EUMEPS Packaging Section, is Technical Director of Poron Group Italy and has been elected President of the Packaging Division of EUMEPS with effect of May, 9th.

Jos Verstegen, President of Construction Section, is Director/CFO of Synbra Holding BV and has been elected President of the Construction division of EUMEPS with effect of May 9th.
