features and upgraded amenities to broaden its appeal as it expands in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area.
The homebuilder listened to homebuyer feedback on what features were desirable and incorporated the latest in both design aesthetics and home livability in its plans. “We want our designs to stay ahead of the latest design trends and offer both beauty and functionality to our buyers,” Steve Louis, Bella Vista Homes Division Manager, said. “We decided to update plans across our communities and to expand our standard features to build even more value into our homes.”
All Bella Vista Homes communities now include the following features as standard:
• 10’ vaulted ceilings in one-story homes
• Garden tub and separate shower in master bath suite
• Full-yard landscaping with front and rear sod, a shrub package and tree(s)
• One-on-one interior design appointment for interior selections
• Raised panel cabinets
• Satin nickel interior fixtures for lighting and hardware
• All chrome plumbing fixtures
• Shaw® Clear Touch PET polyester carpet
Local plan designer Carol Lavender worked with Bella Vista Homes on the builder’s vision of an open plan concept that would provide greater opportunities for homeowners to interact with their family and friends.
“We have a more current look to the plans with entertainment and family needs in mind,” Lavender said. “Buyers have responded strongly to the large kitchens that are open to the main family living areas. It’s all about family togetherness, casual living and entertaining, and flexible spaces.”
Homebuyers have embraced the sophisticated yet functional designs. “We were so excited to have a home design that we only found with more expensive homebuilders, but now it’s in our price range,” stated one excited Wolf Creek homeowner.
The homes’ exteriors have also be revamped. “We have updated their front elevations to give these homes more of a cottage appeal, with wider front porches and more detailing,” Lavender said. “These homes feel inviting in an old-fashioned, front porch kind of way.”
