President Tarina Mansur, along with First Vice President Mary Bennett and Second Vice President Carrie Meikle, presented Lowell General Hospital President and CEO Normand E. Deschene with a check for $125,000 to go to the hospital’s Legacy Fund. This check is the third installment from the group as part of their pledge to donate $750,000 to the fund over five years.

Their donations will be used to provide a more comfortable environment for patients and their families and friends. In attendance were: Clementine Alexis, Stella Athanasoulas, Judy Carven, Lynn Chaput, Carol Gilchrist, Pauline Lambert, Debbie Lemos, Jean McCaffery, Evelyn McCartney, Mary Stevens, Debbie Trull and Elaine Zouzas Thibault.
