Designed to provide operators an upgraded option to out-dated in-house dining applications, the EcoSmart Mini Trays and Unbleached Trays help support an establishment’s sustainable image and goal of providing an overall quality dining experience for guests. The Mini Trays are available in portion-sized trays fitted for sampling. The Dixie Unbleached Trays are available in four sizes, 4-oz., 1/2 pound, 1 pound and 3 pounds, to accommodate multiple meal size portions.
