PreMedia Global announces expansion with new facilities and senior hires

May 27, 2011 - PRLog -- PreMedia Global has opened a new facility in New Delhi, India and also expanded its existing Chennai office to meet the demands of the company’s rapid growth. The expansion will allow the company, which currently employs 1000 people globally, to increase its workforce by more than 50%.

Further, PreMedia Global recently appointed two senior executives, Sandeep Kapoor (Vice President, Operations) and Erik Fortier (Director, Media Development - Higher Education).

Sandeep oversees PreMedia Global’s India operations and is responsible for production and delivery. He brings with him seventeen years of hands-on operations experience in educational and scholarly publishing, and has worked closely with all the major global publishers.

Erik oversees media development for PreMedia Global’s higher education division. Previously with Pearson Education, he brings over 10 years of experience in media development, including eight years in the higher education publishing industry.
