Spreading Freedom at Work

May 26, 2011 - PRLog -- San Jose, California - There is a movement happening to democratize organizations today.  The non-profit, WorldBlu, is a leader of this movement and their WorldBlu LIVE 2011 event happened last week.

The WorldBlu LIVE event is designed for individuals as well as for-profit and non-profit organizations that recognize the power of democracy and freedom as tools that can build flourishing businesses, support innovation, encourage full engagement, and draw top level talent. WorldBlu claims that the event is more than just a conference; WorlBlu LIVE is an experience that combines a platform for showcasing democratic innovation, a stage for rule-breakers, and an audience of revolutionaries. Well, this is right up our alley here at UpMo (http://www.upmo.com), where we are currently honing disruptive, employee-centric career management solutions purposed with empowering employees to design careers they are motivated by and excited about by bringing transparency and making connections between people’s aspirations and company opportunities.

The speaker lineup is intriguing. A broad array of executives with new niche job titles is included, titles like Chief Culture Officer, Director of Culture Development, and Chief Imaginaut.
