During the first three weeks of the spinal decompression study conducted by Norman Shealy, Vera Borgmeyer, et al, 86 percent of patients were immediately relieved of their symptoms while 84 percent remained pain free 90 days during the post treatment. “Physical examination findings showed improvement in 92 percent of the 219 patients, and remained intact in 89 percent of these patients 90 days after treatment,” the study further states.
Dr. Schreibman subscribes to these pain relieving techniques, having incorporated the use of a decompression table specially intended to relieve the pain and suffering of her clients.
