From Teaching to Bartending: JC Bartending Academy Supports Teachers in Light of Recent Layoffs

In the wake of the recent layoffs, more teachers are turning to bartending, which is also deemed as a viable and quick return on investment.  Bartending is one of the few trades in which an individual can become certified in as little as 4 days and start working immediately.  Statistics show that alcohol sales rose by 18% in 2008 and since the hospitality industry in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex is experiencing exponential growth, more bartending jobs are available.
