The Signature Room Serves Locally-Sourced Goodness High Above The Magnificent Mile for Father's Day

PRLog (Press Release) - May 25, 2011 - CHICAGO, Ill.-- The Signature Room at the 95th salutes Dads from near and far as friends and families gather at its spectacular 18th annual Father’s Day Brunch Buffet served Sunday, June  19th from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin, himself a father of two young sons, carefully selects the freshest and finest ingredients available for the restaurant’s guests.  This year’s robust menu features a wide variety of locally-sourced products including thoughtfully prepared seasonal starters, fresh salads, made-to-order gourmet omelets and other breakfast favorites, spring vegetables, and traditional entrees including carved prime rib and more.  Contemporary desserts created by Pastry Chef Christine Radulescu will satisfy Dad’s sweet tooth, and a pianist provides musical entertainment throughout the afternoon.

The Father’s Day Brunch Buffet will be available at $45 for adults, $25 for children under 12, and free for toddlers under three.
