Electrosonic, an international audio-visual company, was extensively involved with The National Trust Scotland’s ‘Robert and Burns Birthplace Museum’ project, which was awarded the Museum & Heritage Permanent Exhibition Award. Electrosonic was the AV systems integrator during this project and its Dartford and Edinburgh offices worked in collaboration with designers, Event Communications.
Following closely in the same category was the Museum of London receiving the Highly Commended title for their ‘Galleries of Modern London’ project. And thirdly, The Museum of the Order of St John was short listed for the ‘Museum & Heritage Online Industry Nomination Award’ for their new galleries which illustrate the history of the Order to visitors. Electrosonic was the Audio Visual Systems Integrator for both projects.
The Museum and Heritage Awards recognise and honor best practice within the world of museums, galleries and heritage visitor attractions within the UK and Europe. Winners of the Museum and Heritage Awards were announced May 11 at the Museum and Heritage Exhibition in London.
