Exam entries confirm success of new Cambridge IGCSEs

- Entries in June 2011 have doubled since June 2010
- Now being taught in over 70 schools worldwide
- Developed for schools offering an international curriculum
- Complements the IB curriculum, offering an assessment and certification at the end of the Middle Years Programme
- Introduces students to graphical calculators, modelling and investigation

Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives
- The number of schools teaching Global Perspectives has tripled since June 2010
- Now being taught in almost 40 countries, including China, the US, India, Oman, Hong Kong and the Netherlands
- A ground-breaking syllabus that develops learners’ ability to think critically about a range of global issues where there is always more than one point of view
