Florida School District Builds Educator Professional Development System to Create Efficiencies

May 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Escambia County School District in Florida recently partnered with Truenorthlogic, an award-winning provider of K-12 human capital management solutions, to build a comprehensive adult learning platform.  The new system combines many cumbersome department processes through automation, creating efficiencies and cost savings during these budget-constraint times.   The new system will provide a powerful range of professional learning opportunities and resources, linking evaluation with professional development opportunities specific to individual needs.  The goal of this system is to provide structured professional development to teachers, leaders, and staff in an effort to help all school employees grow in a meaningful way ultimately impacting student achievement.
