McCarthy’ McCarthy’s Heart Hats program encourages, supports and recognizes employees' volunteer efforts for a variety of causes to ensure real needs are being met in communities where employees work, live and play. The company encourages employees to take one paid full-day off from work annually to participate in its Heart Hats Community Day. The day enables employees at every level to contribute their skills to aid local organizations in need.
