Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Announces 100 Cars for Good Voting

May 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Ourisman Fairfax Toyota, a metro Washington DC Toyota dealer, announces that public voting for Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good program is open now through August 16. Over the course of 100 days, Toyota will award 100 vehicles to deserving nonprofit organizations based on the public’s vote.

Each day, five organizations will be featured on Toyota’s Facebook page where the public may show their support by voting to help decide the winning nonprofit organization. Each of the 500 nonprofit organizations that have been selected as finalists have created an online profile that may include a video about how the organizations plans to do good in their community with the new Toyota vehicle. Voters can place one vote per day over the course of the program.

Every day, the previous day’s winner will be released and five new nonprofit organizations will be featured for voting. The winning organizations may choose from the following vehicles: Prius, Tacoma, Tundra, Highlander Hybrid, Sienna or Sienna Mobility. Toyota Financial Services will provide a six-year, 100,000 mile Toyota Vehicle Service Agreement to help provide extended protection beyond the vehicle warranty for each vehicle.

Chosen by an independent panel of judges, the 500 finalists represent non-profit organizations servicing the community across a wide range of categories like animal welfare, arts, education, environment, health, safety, and human services.
