Before joining L.E.K. in 2000, Mr. Rees was responsible for global strategic planning at Reebok International. He also built Reebok's own retail channel into a substantial and profitable business. Mr. Rees received a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honors) majoring in chemistry from Imperial College, The University of London.
