Friday means the launch of a brand new night "Crash The Lanes". Brought to you by the lively and questionably sane Call The Love crew, the current promoters of the popular live music nights 'Call The Landlord' at Proud Camden this is sure to be a wild launch party. Expect to hear the funkiest 90's hip hop designed to make keep the crowd on the floor from start to finish by some of the best young DJ's in London. Saturday sees Bloomsbury welcome the extremely talented Benji Boko. Boko describes his show as “on the fly, off the cuff, completely improvised live remixing.” Were talking Mozart vs. Missy, Dizzee vs. Depeche Mode and Snoop vs. Simpsons, just to name a few. Crowds are being transported from the ‘norm’ into a world of pure imagination. In support will be the fantastic Hackney Colliery Band, they are east London’s unique take on the brass band. Featuring trumpets, trombones, saxes, sousaphone and marching percussion, the band are totally acoustic and yet able to blow the roof off any room.
