Employees will log onto the secure portal using their payroll number and a dedicated username and password. From the portal they can view their training history, compare their current position with appraisal based targets and book themselves onto desired training courses.
The evocos solution will manage all aspects of the training, from booking their training slot, sending out pre course reading materials and tests, providing post course tests and questionnaires and sending out electronic certificates. The solution will be tightly integrated with the back end HR solution, so that employee records are always up to date.
