As previously mentioned, Career Innovations utilizes a transparent competitive pricing model. We bill you ONLY upon satisfactory placement. After you have made an offer and the applicant has accepted, we ask for your final negotiations and bill you a percentage of the anticipated annual income of the employee.                                                                    GUARANTEE

If within three months (90 days) from the placement, the employee does not work out for any reason other than "reasonable exceptions" we will find another replacement at no charge to you.
