The Peak Interview Talk will provide new insights into the client or customer interview process that can give you an edge to win the engagement and get the job.  People evaluate an experience based on its peaks (good or bad) and how the experience ended.  Bill's newest book, The Peak Interview, takes these insights am applies them narrowly to the job interview.  But, these insights are based on research done by a Nobel Prize winning psychologist and are applicable to any interpersonal sales or influence situation:  clients, customers, vendors, employees, auditors, government agents, etc.
